hell week provides a lot of slip ups and unhealthy habits, unfortunately. but i’ve gone through it and maintained my weight (: it’s hard to make healthy decisions on the go with hell week because we have a 20 minute dinner break and the closest food is five guys. but i’ve done well.
i’m proud of myself. this week is going to get even worse, but i can do it. (: as soon as my stitches are healed and i can start stretching my calf muscles back out again i’m hitting the gym. the one act will just be starting and i’ll have all the time in the world. but for now: eat healthy, heal my leg, stay strong, stay positive, survive hell week despite everything going through my head/heart.
